I am selling a Fender Heavy Metal Strat built in 1988 - 1989. Guitar has a wide, flat neck with a 17 inch radius and jumbo frets that have plenty of life left in them. Tremolo system is a Floyd Rose style built by Khaler called the Spider. Body is basswood with a maple neck with a rosewood fretboard, pickups are all new as the original pickups were gone when I got the guitar. The bridge position is a Dimarzio Super 3 which is what originally came in the guitar, the two single coils are Dimarzio Virtual Vintage 54 Pro noiseless singles. The guitar is in great shape for it's age, no big dings or dents. Guitar comes with a Fender style hardshell strat case that is in rough shape with only one working latch. I had high hopes for this guitar but I cannot bond with the neck so why put off the inevitable. No trades. Please ignore reflection of television on guitar, hoping to get better pics up soon.
