I think they're literally $5. I have only seen them in pairs packaged, but someone must sell singles. Check Philadelphia Luthier Supply, they are really good, have good selection and great prices; not to mention good service. Or just check Reverb. I have had good luck there. I have a couple of extra that I would give up, but they're relic'd and cracked on purpose, LOL.

+1 for Philadelphia Luthier Supply, great prices and fast shipping. I think they are also available via Amazon as well and I paid about $5 for decent quality replacements.
