On the Barden Two Tone HBs, is there a big difference between the neck and bridge models?

Do you know if it's just an output difference or is there any other major tweaks?

Yes definitely a difference. Same as with most other humbucker pairs, the bridge is voiced for bridge, the neck for neck. The difference in their neck vs. usual neck PAF: Sounds warm like a usual neck PAF but much more articulate pick attack and "tracks" better. Definitely something you can feel if you pick fast.
