  • Anybody have a gold Schaller Floyd Baseplate?

Preferably with a Jackson logo (or even better a Charvel one), but I donīt really care as long as it works.... please none with stripped holes, thatīs exactly the problem I have now

I have a few things I can offer for trade, or I can pay cash if I have to..PM me or post here.

    Thanks for looking

man, I think you're just gonna have to buy a whole new bridge. is it the saddle intonation screws that are stripped? I didn't think that could happen

It can happen on older Schaller baseplates if youīre not careful, the newer ones with the brass insert donīt have the problem. These are the kind of things you canīt see on eBay

But I know for a fact I donīt have to buy a whole new bridge, Iīd just prefer not to wait 4 months until my supplier has gold plated baseplates again. The axe is playable, its just the D that canīt be cinched down, as the front hole is stripped, so the Intonation is off on that string ...
