I've only ever seen the first season of Haruhi, but I definately want to see more. It was one of the most amazing and touching stories evar.

i second that, i want to get my hands on the novels somehow. the problem with season 2, as i'm sure you've heard from the interwebz outcry, is Endless 8. i was able to put up with it to a point but by the time it was over i was like......WHY!?!?

i love when Kyon and Haruhi are trapped in the closed space in season 1, and he says something to the effect of "that ponytail looked so good on you it was criminal!" before planting the climactic kiss. i rofled and "awww"ed at the same time!

What's your MOS in the army? I want to join the Army as a 21B (combat engineer). I was told that the best time for basic is in april. That's when I head out to the Fort lost in the woods (where I'll do my OUST). Any truth to that?

You said you want to work for a gaming company so I guess you like games. Any favorite game franchises or systems?

I wasn't as smart as you were...

I'm a 45B, Small Arms and Towed Artillery Repairer, but I'm in an Engineer unit with a bunch of 21 series MOS's. As far as April being the best time, I can't say. It's pretty much bound to suck either way, but if you're a 21B, then yes, you will be going to Leonardwood, and yes, it is OSUT instead of BCT/AIT. According to the Army, 21Bs are basically infantrymen with a demo skillset. Don't hold your breath.

I'm a Sony chick all the way. Playstation has always been there for me. FFVII ftw. Franchises (and some of these aren't PS) that I enjoy are Final Fantasy, Halo, and Monster Hunter to name a few.

April HAS to be better than February. I arrived in early February to a foot of snow.

Sure, but it's BYOK.

I've done some code-level work with some prebuilt engines in the past, as well as some text based stuff years and years ago. About six years ago a buddy and I were working on a sort of adventure game in VBasic, and for the last 13 years I've been a coder for a MUD called Oblivion Twilight, and an OLC builder for Melmoth.

It's entirely possible that I do know this tune, however, stupid computer is stupid and the government doesn't really like us going to YouTube. For future reference if anyone wants me to see pictures or view any sort of file, your best bet is to upload it here and attach it to the message.

I'm actually working on the second season of Higurashi right now, but I did just recently finish Comic Party. It was cute.

Murasaki-san recently got me into the Negima manga, but I haven't been dutiful in my studies, and instead drifted to Black God and Gunsmith Cats.

Not one that I can narrow it down to, but Haruhi, .hack//, and Chobits are up there.

VI? Eh. Celes was cute. Cosplayed it once. Other than that, it was borderline for dropping out of my "FF pwns all" mentality.

You just reminded me that I need to continue with Black God. You seem to read the same manga as I do, but our taste in anime and video games are a bit different.
