help ASIO going out of sync

in the process of trying to record my stuff before i ship out for the Marines. I keep having problems with my ASIO going out of sync in Cubase SX. Currently i am using EZDrummer, Guitar Rig 3, and Fruity Loops. For inputs i am using an M-Audio Fast Track USB and a Samson C01U USB mic. I only get the error message when i have the Fast Track hooked up, so i just assume its that. Any ideas of how to fix it... i have been messing around with VST connections all day and getting on my nerves... i can record for about 15 sec then it messes up... some times sooner. The specs of my rig are down below.
