Oh, xerxes, I wasn't going for harmonies, just some random licks up top, hehe!

This time I used my Ibanez SA160QM with DiMarzio Super Distortion in bridge. That pickup is HEAVY! Killer tones for lead too.

Yeah, I think that'd sound great if you play metal or other types of hard rock. It's a great pickup for huge solos and fat rhythm.

shreder75, I actually didn't use any sort of mic. I just plugged my guitar into my Digitech GNX3 Guitar Processor and then straight into my Tascam Pocketstudio 5 digital recorder. You must be joking though, dude! I heard your clips and you could kick my ass any day, no joke!

No problem, xerxes. I'm just glad you actually listen to my clips. I think a lot of guys here probably just skip over my clips because it says NES and not something like "blues/classic rock" or "Yngwie shred"

Oh, hehe.

Actually, Castlevania stuff is kicking my ass. I tried to do some, but that stuff is just so insane. It's all fast and neoclassical. I'll keep trying and see where it goes though.
