Who here has worked with a Roland BR-900?

While working at the pawn shop a while back did some trading with my co-worker and wound up with a BR -900 CD. It got stuck in a closet and I forgot about it but found it last week while cleaning some stuff out. Never used it it's pretty much new but can't find the manuals so starting from scratch here with it. Have a bunch of written songs I haven't got down on "tape" because I just have not been motivated + had the time.Suddenly have both time and a motivation to do some recording. Any tips on using this thing would be appreciated!

Had a 8 track Yamaha cassette recorder years ago then later an adat set up but hav't done much in a number of years.
Want to get back to just foolin around with stuff again. Used to get bored at night plug in direct with a set of phones and just noodle coming up with stuff like this
