Let's put it this way: I recently had to trim down my rig for rehearsal because my arms couldn't handle schlepping 70 lbs of equipment every week. So, I cut loose one synth module (using iPad for one synth) and my pedal board. I needed one pedal which would enable me to get some kind of boost/crunch ... maybe some modulation ... and delay ... a bit of compression would be nice. What to use?!
So my rehearsal setup for guitar is guitar > DECO > amp. It literally sounds like an amazing recording of a Les Paul, but live.
And in the studio I pretty much run everything through my SSL with the DECO in the insert.
Long story short: yes, digging it very much.Why don't you take your little Cobra Kais and get outta here?!
