Want to swap the speaker in my Vox AC10. It has a Celestion V Type Jr and the amp is too "chimey" for my taste. Like ice pic in the ear "chimey". The top boost circuit, bass and treble controls, makes it so when I bring my mids up the highs go up too. I'm thinking a mellower speaker might help...

Just ordered a Moen 5 band eq and a Moo Fuzz. Anyone ever heard of them? I'm having a bit of buyers remorse right now. Total for both was a little over 60 bucks with shipping and tax. I'm a sucker for little known and/or cheap efx pedals...as long as they sound good. I own a few TC Electonics...

Will a mono 1/4" y splitter and a latching footswitch work on a parallel effects loop as a way to switch it off and on like a boost? I have my parallel loop jumpered right now on my jcm600, but want a way to switch it off and on. Didn't know if I should post this here or in the pedal board room.

I've put my new(to me) amp through it's paces. After recieving it I spent a couple eve'nings dialing it in. The fan I ordered for it was too big and had to send it back for a smaller one. But till I get it I'm using a small desktop fan aimed at the back to help cooling. I went and jammed with...

KJammed for about an hour, no overheating so far. My fan comes in tomorrow, but I think it might be too big. Love this amp man!

Just ordered a JCM600, anybody have any experience with these? It's a 2x12 combo with celestion g12t75's in it.

I have a Jackson SLX DX with Duncan design hb 103's. It has a 3 way switch, I am thinking I'd like to install the Duncan hyper switch. Will it fit? Anyone else here have any experience using the hyper switch with dual humbuckers? Btw, new to this forum, so Hi all!
