I picked up my strat today and the neck pickup just didn't have any output or maybe just a little output (couldn't really tell). Is it possible that pickup just "died"? Is there a possibility that the pickup just can't be fixed?

I recently had my pickups changed out and now no longer have the need for the old pickups, and I am planning on selling them, unfortunately I am not sure which one is the neck and which one is the bridge (humbuckers) is there any way to visual differentiate between the two? Thanks for your time!
