    Active / passive switch

    I have installed the preamp only from the Basslines STC-2p circuit into a Fender Marcus Miller 4 string bass. I have left the original active/passive switch in, but when I switch from passive to active, I get a loud POP sound when the preamp is engaged. What can I do to eliminate this sound...

    Basslines STC-2p circuit

    I have a Fender Marcus Miller Jazz bass 4 string. I have purchased a Basslines STC-2p circuit and would like to keep all of the original controls (2 volumes, passive/active switch and active treble and active bass) and just add the preamp to the circuit. Any suggestions on how to do this?
