Been looking into the warpig lately, thinking of picking up a set. It comes with either a ceramic or alnico mag in the bridge, does anyone now if there reg sized or oversized mags in in the warpig.

I was thinking of replacing my distortion neck with a jb in the neck pos. Then it occured to me save your money and put a A5 in the sh-6 N. Can I just take out the oversized mag and the spacers and put in a A5 with no problems? If so has anyone tried it? Is it like the jb or closer to a custom5?

Gonna order a set of EMG X's for my guitar. Decided on a 81 and a 89 but there are 2 89s, a 89 and 89R. My question is which one gives u more of that single coil sound? or are they both good just different? anybody with experiance with the two?

Anybody know if guys like zakk wylde, James hetfield or Kirk hammet use the 18 volt mod with there emgs? Asking because I always read about this power clipping problem. Wondering how big of a problem it really is?

Just got a Distortion set and was curious about the oversized mag. I decided to peel away the tape to have a look. It looks like there is 3 mags, one oversized in the middle and one small on each side. Is this correct? or are the just spacers. I thought to Invader was the only multiple pickup...

I have yamaha Pacifica pac112x that I'm using as a project guitar. I wasn't using the pickup so decided to take it apart to check the magnet. I noticed that it is double the size of other magnets I have gotten from waymore ( A8s and ceramic). Anybody know what kind of oversized mag this is?
