Hi BTR, I have been reading your thread on the hybrid. Do you have a 59/cc w/AII magnet hybrid lying around that you want to sell, and if so, for how much? I have a cc for the bridge and APH-1 for the neck at this time. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

have you tried (or considered) making a hybrid out of an A2Pn and a PG1n? my understanding is that they're very similar, with the PG's slightly higher res. peak giving it a slight honk in the treble... in your experience, would you still get the benefits of a more mis-matched hybrid from this setup with the 2 coils involved being so similar to begin with? this is Re a set for an LP, i'm tossing up between another JB/CC in the bridge and a neck hybrid or just going stock with a C5/PGn set.

I'm looking for a 59/Custom in the bridge, and a 59N/Jazz in the neck.

I live in Norway, and these kind of pups come in at twice the prize you guys are getting them from (If I where to make my own hybrids)
