I'm hearing the 1/4 lber's are somewhat gritier and sweeter any truth to the rumor ? also, how would they stack up with a little 59 ? reason I'm asking , I have a 59 in bridge and want to put the 1/4 lber's in mid and neck. or would it be better to put in all three ?

I'm in the process of rebuilding one of my strats and am thinking of glueing the neck on instead of bolting it. I can't remember seeing it done before and am wondering if there's any reason this won't work if I get the neck set correctly ?

Hey guys , Anyone out there own an LP with locking nuts and Gibson trem ? I found this gem several years ago and traded a guy a Digitech effects processor for it .. He said the neck was warped because the strings buzzed but all it needed was the strings raised a bit..

regardless of equipment ( recorders ) how about some tips on signal chain, playing technique, eq settings, mic placement, direct input, (to amp or not to amp) using effects, etc. Anything that can work for getting a good quality demo or simply a recording for your personal keepsake.

I'm thinking of rewiring my pups and instead of conventional wiring where the mid and neck are used together I'm thinking of using the bridge and neck together on a 5 way switch. anyone ever tried this or heard of it? Also, any ideas on what pups to use , playin anything from blues to Floyd.

Ok , I've seen the scale length thing and makes perfect sense. Now how about radius ? I've several guitars with different radius necks and know my own preferences but am curious if any others have a special preference and why.
