I just put in two new pickups. It's an H-S-H configuration, and the H's are coil split. So I wired in a new S and a new bridge H. They both sound great, but position 4 (S and bridge H) sounds like it's barely there. Thin and weak. Any ideas? I haven't run into this problem before. Does it...

I'm wondering if anybody has tried this combination, and how it worked out for them? I like the sound, but I don't neccessarily want something that hot in the bridge. I was thinking about a Breed neck in the bridge, with a VH Paf in the neck.

I have a JB in the neck position, and I love the highs and mids. It's great. But the bottom end is mush. Does anybody have a suggestion on how to improve the bottom end? :afro:
