In your expert opinion, what is the main factor in achieving a nice thick guitar tone? ..or is it multiple factors? I'm playing a LP Studio with a Custom in the bridge through a JCM 800 with the bass & mid cranked & it's still as thin as my hairline. :laugh2:

I have a Custom in the bridge & a Custom 5 bridge model in the neck of my Studio. I really like the C5b in the neck! It matches the output of the Custom nicely but is warm, buttery & smooth sounding. The Custom in the bridge just plain rocks! Sounds nice clean too. I'm a happy camper. Thanks SD!

I would like to get a Marshall 1960A 4X12 cab for my AVT50 (until I buy a JCM2000 head), but these Behringers with Jensen speakers are 1/3 the price. Are they any good, or should I save up & get the Marshall cab, or maybe hunt down a used one? Thanks - Rob
