For years I have just set up my Hush by first adjusting the gate so it closes where I want, then then adjusting the tonal knob. Is there a propper way to set this thing up for the best Ideal sound? Where do you have yours set at?

What equipment would you guys suggest for a rack to play along with CD's for practice. Ideally I was thinking some type of mixer that I could run the signal through to my speakers. Something real simplistic. Any ideas?

On my rack effects I have been keeping my input and output knobs turned about halfway. Seems like anything more and the signal seems too strong. What do you guys do?

What can I do about being able to get more space to plug my rack stuff into my conditioner? Seems like everything uses 9volt or 12volt plugs, and each one takes up two spaces on my conditioner. What do you guys do? I hate to get another conditioner.
