I finally took apart the peavey and found that not only the fuse was blown one power tube looked as if it had blown too. The power tube's top was white and milky looking while the rest of the tubes were silver topped. I've never seen a blown tube in person so I'm not sure if this tube is still...

Does anybody know where I can get free backing tracks to play along with? If anyone has any please post them. I've found that just soloing over a backing track to be the best practice for me right now. thanks in advance!
