So I threw a JB and a Pearly Gates into my Les Paul, and I love it. I am extremely pleased with my new tone... but... I can't get as clean of a clean tone as I would like to have. (Eyaup, I have an amp with multiple channels, so I belive it is pick-up output that's making the difference here...

So I got this amp that I love, but it's beat to hell from years of use. I snapped today while driving past the fabric store. Dropped 30 bucks on some cloth with a cool pattern, took it home, and reupholstered the amp. Worked great... But I am wondering, is there any reason this would mess up...
