Thought you might be the person to ask about a pickup conundrum I have, since googling about original seymour duncan 59's hardly pulled up any information. I just found a pair that matches all the specs of orignals SD wound 59's (N and B) in a 1982 Epiphone Kalamazoo made Spirit. I helped a buddy price a guitar estate and he let me keep this one instead of paying me, and its been fascinating doing research on. Unfortunately, I play a heavier style and these 59's don't quite create the output that'd I'd like, and I'd like them to go to a good home. They are in great condition but I'd love to know more about them before I sell them. Any information you have would be fantastic. Thanks!

Hello ED, was over at dimarzio forum, and noticed your post on the BREED with a A8. Is it possible to hear some clips of this modified BREED? would greatly appreciate hearing this mod

Hey Ed! Can I use the Duncan 78 for punk rock like green day, blink-182, and Sum41? I know you are knowledgable in the van halen pickup area, and I just wanted to know if it would sound good with a high gain amp?
