We all know that weakened pickups in old guitars are the absolute bomb, so I was wondering if weakening the magnets like this says: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Why_does_a_permanent_magnet_weaken_when_you_drop_or_heat_it would produce that tone. Or is it something else?
