Re: A cross between a Les Paul and a Strat? I wanted the same thing and this is what I did. Schecter c-1 e/a with Seymour Duncan Jazz Phat Cat and JB pickups. Ghost Hexpander/Piezo system in the Schaller vibrato. Clean to mean like no other guitar on the planet.
