Les paul is a signature guitar after all. You already know what you are buying. Like the Jem, the specs need to be stick with the artist choices. In my opinion the problem is the lack of different models being more modern with a different appeal

i’d say perpetual burn if you want something different from jb but with its heritage. The 59/custom hybrid if you want heading more to the 59

i cannot measure mine since I don’t have a gaussmeter. So I can report my empiric experience only. Swapped in a 59 bridge I did not experienced any output drop, just the highs they seemed to me a bit more rounded than a regular A5. Now I can understand that the surface finish can, in some way...
