Building a "stealth" esquire and weighing my options on the neck/mid pickups (for strat). Thinking about pulling the trigger on some antiquity texas hots, but I don't know if 6.3k is going to be hot enough for the distance. I know it's doable, just want to see if anyone had experience with this...
