any one know how to do a really good Matte black finish?

in a very no electronics diagram hopefully can someone tell me the best way to wire a kill switch after the tone and all that lot but before the jack?

the connection bit on the back of the p 90 Neck where it wire leaves the pickup. does that sit at the top or bottom of the pickup when placed in. I've been told bottom (bottom as if your playing the guitar).

this is what i wanna wire up. P90 in Neck to selector, motherbucker in bridge to selector selector to vold then to tone and jack. is this right for it?
