Hi my fellow players, I've been playing my JVM for some time now, guitar is a ESP Gus G with two SH6. Currently I'm not using a single pedal and I was always wondering what is a good choice... I don't have a clue, what the good ones are, so I thought I'd ask you guys and gals for suggestions...

So I'm planning to give my guitar (Jack & Danny LS 500, LP Style model) a nice make-over. The wood is good - sry for that -, but the pickups are too tame for my taste. I tend to play more punk and metal. So I was thinking SH8 for the bridge. Neck, I'm not sure. Maybe the same? I've never done...
