    Non-staggered pickup cover with a staggered pick up?

    I have a set of SSL-2's in my current strat with the original fender pickup covers. I'm about to swap the them out for the antiquity surfers II. Will the pickup covers fit the antiquity's? Only used non-staggered pickups before.

    SSL-3 in the neck and middle of a strat??

    What do you guys think of putting a SSL-3 in the neck & middle-position of a strat? Right now I have the SSL-2 in the neck and I like it. But the tonal difference between the SSL-2 in the neck and my SSL-3 in the brtidge is way to big.

    SSL-3 "Hot for Strat" vs SSL-4 QP??

    Other than different EQ's shapes - what's the difference? The output level seems to be roughly the same?
