I'm looking for higher output Danelectro lipstick bass pups. The bass is a Jerry Jones model and the lipstick pups are lacking output. A moderate output boost would be ideal Any of you guys have an idea you'd recommend?

Does anyone know whether highorder pickups is still open or not? I've contacted them via email, 48 hours ago, and havent heard anything back. Not a big deal, but am unsure whether they're currently in operation or not?

Does the A2P Slash bridge have a baseplate sticker that also says APH-2B SLASH ? I bought what I thought was a Slash bridge model but the baseplate sticker says APH-2B bridge. The skull w/tophat RMFR logo is there but the sticker isnt consistent with what I've seen. It read 8.5k on the multimeter

Is the Burn comparable to the Custom 5? I've played the C5 and liked it each time. It didn't sound as scooped the second time through the Marshall the guitar was plugged into.

I have a custom shop bridge humbucker I am gonna install in an epiphone Les Paul with a stock probucker neck pickup. The bridge is an A5 pickup wound to 12.0 dc and it's moderately scooped. I like the probucker neck humbucker, but I don't think it's a keeper. Any recommendations ?

I notice some of my favorite guitar players use lower output pickups rather than high output pickups to get really good high gain tone-- granted you have a high gain amp or gain pedal to help. What do you guys prefer?

I had a modified Pearly Gates made about 5 weeks ago. It started as a stock Pearly Gates, replaced the A2 with an A5 and wound to 12.0k. What have some of you guys done with the Custom Shop?

im looking into buying an antiquity bridge humbucker for my les paul. How does this pickup compare to the '59?? Is it as hot?? I've got a jb in the guitar now, so will i be disappointed with the output change if i swap them out- the antiquity for the jb?? gsammo79
