I think my volume pot is shot after I installed some pickups. When I turn down the volume, it goes down slightly, and stays at the same volume, from 7-3. When I turn it all the way to 0, I can still faintly hear sound. So....did I burn this sucker out when I soldered the new wires onto it?:dunce:

Hey there - saw on the wiring diagrams that split coils for 2 hum, 2 vol., 1 tone is achieved by making tone the push/pull pot. I'd like to control the split coil for each pickup, though, rather than have them split at the same time (which I assume is what would happen with the tone push/pull)...
