    It happens mostly when I try to setup a new rig, new NAM, new guitar. Ears are tired so it tells me: "Yeah, good, we're fine". And the other day when all brain circuits are fresh it says:"You liked that? Did you fall off the tree you lunetic?" :D

    Sounds great! I want to realy on my ears, but not to rely on my eyes and price tags. That's why I'm thinking about specific comparisons between brands, pickups and shapes. If it's ok, I can share a first pilot draft video.

    What if you can hear only sounds of those guitars? Same riff, same studio settings, same everything. Would it help? Becase i want to start a project that would do just that with hundreds of guitars.

    That's a good point. Our brain loves homeostasis (what it knows). So everything that sounds different at first is "strange" and "not it".
