So, here is the answer from the tech department of semourduncan. And it works for me.
Thank you for letting me know the model and sending in the service manual.
The stock colors would be different from ours, I would recommend wiring as follows;
SD Red = Stock Black
SD Green/Black= Stock Green/Red
SD White/Bare = Stock White to back of pot
This should split the humbucker to its North Coil and keep your 2 position hum-cancelling.
If the pickup sounds extremely thin and out of phase in the 2 position with the middle stock pickups, you can try the below wiring to reverse the phase.
SD Green = Stock Black
SD Red/White = Stock Green/Red
SD Black/Bare = Stock White to back of pot.
