I got a HSS strat I need a humbucker for and I have a F spaced Super D that I don't really care for.And I'm broke. What kinna differance could I expect from swapping the magnet in it to alnico5(i have a dead Alnico 5 pickup)??What about Alnico 2 or 8? I've never swapped mags befor so I have no idea.
