The original mounting rings are permanently attached to the pickups with some nuts soldered onto the screws and some tubing. The whole mounting surround adjusts up and down with the pickup. I guess I have to buy some after market mounting rings and get creative with tubing, screws, jam nuts...

Got a Hot Stack, is the Fast Track 1 a bit hotter (Strat Bridge Position)? Hard to compare actual output from two different manufacturers specs. Looking for someone that may have real world experience with both. Thanks much.

How does it "stack" up ? (sorry). I habe the 68's and 61, and there's still just a touch of extra mid and a slight lack of high frequency to them compared to the real deal. They are very good, but I'd be curious to see how they compare to the new classic stack plus. Anyone done so ?
