OK, I just got an EC400AT (archtop). I love it, it's awesome. My question is what do the screws in the pickups do--pole adjustments?? It has a JB/59, chrome covered with the 6 screws in them.

I got a JB/59 combo in an LTD (ESP) H-400; mahogany body. I want to rewire the 5-way switch (I'm getting a megaswitch) to enable both neck and bridge to play at the same time. I'm hoping to get a "bigger"/ fuller sound. Does anyone have this combo hooked up like that; or know how it might sound...

I just got an ESP ltd H-400. It has Seymour Duncan JB/59 pickups. The 5-way selector is not wired to have both humbuckers on at the same time. Can I re-wire it to have both on? Is there anything about this combination of pickups that would make me not want to do this? I saw an alternate wiring...
