I have a Jackson JS32T hardtail that has Fret buzz on the first string first fret. This is the only string/fret that I have noticed it. Does anyone have any ideas to fix this without affecting the rest of the string set up?

I currently purchased a Jackson JS32T, hardtail, Warrior with stock Jackson pickups. I also also have a pair of used Seymour Duncan pickups; SH-2N, TB-4. I was looking into putting in the Duncans in place of the Jackson stock. I have read that the TB-4 should be used with tremolo systems instead...
