The Mick Thompson Blackouts are good. I like them very much. I make my amp do the rest.
If you put the Mick Thompson Blackouts in both positions you won't be disappointed... But you have to buy and install 4 new pots... The pots are 25k and Seymour sells them separately.

The alnico 2 pro in the neck is something I can't live without... Especially mine overwound. But I have both sets so I'm happy.

You cannot mix active and passive and the pots will be all wrong.
It's like dividing by zero.

Sure you can put Aph2pro in the neck and sh6 in the bridge.
I have a custom set made for me with Aph2pro in neck and sh8 in the bridge. Love it! It's a vintage / modern set. The neck is overwound to 7.8k and the bridge is alnico 8 wound to 8.8k.

But for serious crunch I just get a better amp and an extra guitar with Mick Thompson Blackouts.
