    swapping vox coaxe for p90s

    Hi all. Has anyone swapped a vox coaxe pickup for a p90? I'm getting a jones for a solid body with p90s, and doing this to a used $300 vox ssc 33 or sdc 33 seems a lot cheaper than a 60s tribute LP (new $900 used about $650). thanks in advance. Ken

    s-1 HSS strat pup recommendations?

    I play most classic rock and blues (a little bit of heavier stuff). The stock pups sound a bit thin and lifeless. I've been thinking about a JB in the bridge and Quarter pounders in the neck and middle. I'm worried the s-1 series settings would end up muddy and useless. Anyone care to share...
