I have 4 JB's that have come out of various guitars, 2 real ones and 2 Duncan Designed ones. The 2 DD and one of the real ones all measure 16.0ohms to 16.1ohms but the last real JB reads 18.5ohms and it sounded thin???? Not sure, as it just sounded different than any other JB I've ever played...
