i got a question for anyone that has replaced a Duncan Designed with a Seymour Duncan JB (sh-4). or the Dimebacker is there a noticable difference in the 2 pick-ups, does the JB sound that much better than the Duncan Designed? and what is the difference? better sound? better distortion...

i have a ESP LTD guitar, i rewired it to bypass the 3way switch and the tone pot, so its just a volume and output jack, now it sounds kinda thin ...my question is .. it was wired with the other pickup as green hot .. black ground. ... should i reverse the bridge leads to black hot, green ground...

i have a line 6 pod with power amp, running it through a marshall 4x12 cab, i need more guitar at the front of the stage since some places we play have crappy moniters and they are all chained together so guitar is pretty much lost in the mix, to solve this, i hooked a 15 inch peavey monitor...
