Hi all, Another SSL-3 install question! :) The pickup wires come out of the top and bottom as opposed the the middle rear of the pickup as per the diagram. Does it matter which way round the pickup goes? Is the black wire at the top of the pickup? Thanks!

Hi all, I will soon be installing a regular SSL-3 in the Strat alongside some 60-70's GFS Overwound pickups ( http://store.guitarfetish.com/60grboovstse.html ) in the middle and neck. Will I need to reverse the leads on the SSL-3 to avoid a phase issue or is that just for tapped versions...
