I got my lil 59er in my american deluxe strat and it sounds great. I have a samick strat that I use for experimental projects. I wanted to put a mini-humbucker in the bridge position, but I thougt why not cut a slanted hole next to the bridge pup and have both the single coil and the humbucker...

I am putting a lil 59er in the bridge position of my strat with noiseless sc's in the middle and neck. Is there a real need to be able to split the coils to single coils in the 2nd and 4th switch positions?
