This is for all the Dimelovers out there. I'm thinking of getting a B&B l500xl "neck" and was wondering what to use in bridge for a dimebag configuration. SD site says he used 59 bridge, but not sure if that will work.
I've been listening to some Deep Purple recently and I really like Ritchie Blackmore's tone for the solo on Knockin at your Back Door. Does anyone know how to replicate this, as well as his tone earlier on in the 70's?
Does anyone have a Strat diagram for the following:
Position 1: Neck
Position 2: Neck and Bridge
Position 3: Middle
Position 4: Middle and Bridge
Position 5: Bridge
All help welcome :)
I probably sound like a twat for asking this but i can quite figure out which Emg single coils are used in the neck spot, and which are in the middle spot, etc, as the website kinda lacks the info.
I read somewhere that our good friend Ritchie Blackmore could dive bomb a whole octave with his tremolo. If anybody knows how to adjust this please help.
