I recently received a 78 and the pickup ribbon is still wet with black ink. I don't want black ink on my guitar, as it is difficult to wash off my hands. Should I send it back?

Short pickup legs = 1/4" Long pickup legs = 1/2" Is this correct? I just received a Duncan 78 Model with 1/4" legs. I wanted the long legs.

I am assembling a frankenstrat (northern ash) with a new Original Floyd Rose. I assume I should get a Trembucker? I assume I should get the Short Legs? Do I need the Wax Potted to prevent squeals? Single Conductor? How long is the waiting period? How do I place an order? Thanks for any advice!
