I was thinking about doing that to my Jaguar... I reall ylove the look of the block inlay with binding neck models, unfortunately these aren't produced anymore. other than tone, obviously... is that feeling when unpacking your new set of matched and selected premium tubes. Taking them out of their boxes... looking at them in all of their fragile beauty... then putting them in... looking at them while they heat up... biasing them to the maximum...

What's the difference between those two colors from the Fender lineup? Both look quite white to me... the first being the Am Standard and the second the Am Deluxe color... is it just like... Black and Montego Black? thanks

Why are some of the Celestions (like the Gold) rated for either 8 or 15Ω (the why goes for the 15)? I suppose it wouldn't be a good idea to have it connected to the 16Ω output of your amp right? So why do they do that?:scratchch
