Can I use a DpDt switch for the same purpose as a SpDt switch? If so, How? Thanks

I am making a custom guitar, and don't know much about wiring. My plan is to have three Gibson Humbuckers (2 490R's and 1 498T), an on/off switch for each, 1 master volume pot, and 1 master tone pot, to an output jack. Does anyone know how i could do this?? Thanks
