Can anyone tell where I can buy the shielding or grounding base plate that sits at the bottom of a les paul's cavity? The plate that houses the pots. Looked on ebay and all over the net. Just need the plate minus the pots.
My neck pickup is dead when the toggle is in it's position but fine in the bridge position. Would this be a dead dead pot or a 1/2 dead toggle switch? How can I figure out which it is without guessing?
Suggestions, Looking for a Pup to blend nice with a 59 in the bridge of a Les Paul. Not too bassy not to much trebble . A nice chimey tone if possible. But real blusey when cranked.
When my volume pot is at it's maxed off position my guitar can still be heard as if it were on one. I checked all the wiring removed the volume nob ect. can anyone tell me what's causing this? And how to repair the problem?
The strat I am putting together has the Blackmore pup configuration. single coil bridge single neck 3 way toggle. I have been looking into the APS- 2 RW/RP for my neck position pup. Is it wise to go with a reverse polarity pup for this type of setup?
Have a strat with a ssl-4 in the bridge. Been looking into the APS-1 Alnico II for the neck position. Can anyone share there experiences with this pup? Any other neck pup suggestions to blend with the ssl-4?
Looked all over the web including Duncans site. Looking for a diagram of this specific wiring. 1- humbucker bridge 1- single coil neck 1 volume no tone 3 way toggle switch. Can anybody help?
