Using the wiring diagram provided by the site I replaced the Alpha pots with the better made CTS brand. When the volume is on 10 it's fine but as soon as you turn it to 9 it's dead. I even tried another brand new pot and the same problem. I tore it down and rewired it completely at least 3-4...
