I have a Patrick Eggle which has a HSS using a Custom Custom and 2 SSL-1s - love these pickups in this particular guitar (it uses a super switch type 5 way - so only the neck pup position isn't hum cancelling .... but the neck SSL-1 is so good sounding it's worth having chance of some noise)...
