I have a Jackson Js1 with a alder body and I would like to upgrade the bridge pickup to something better like a EMG or Seymour Duncan. I was wondering which pickup would be best for metal?

I have a Avatar 2x12 cab and I am wondering if I put casters on it would it effect the sound of my cab?? Also what kind/ size of casters work best??

When changing strings is it bad to take them all off at once and proced to put new ones one or should they be done one string at a time till you eventualy have new strigns on?
